Returns

Merchandise may be returned that has not been washed, worn, altered and still has all original tags intact. Merchandise will be accepted for a refund within 7 days of the customer’s received date. Merchandise must be received back in the store within 7 days from the date in which you received the merchandise. Refunds will be given in the original payment form and shipping will de deducted. All items must be returned in a secure, insured package that has a tracking number. An address label will be included in all packages as well as a return form. We make an immense effort to keep our system up to date, however our online inventory is supplied through our actual store location. Therefore, items may sell at any time. In the case this may happen, we will send you an email and will immediately refund your card.

Shipping

At this time, Heyward & Hanna only ships within the United States. Items will be shipped priority mail via the United States Post Office.

Purchases made Monday through Friday before 2pm EST will be pulled from inventory that same day, except holidays, and will be shipped within 24 hours pending product availability and credit verification. Purchases made after 2pm EST will be processed the following day and shipped out within 48 hours from the time of order.
